Tot School (28 months old)

Tot School

Learning Toys/Trays

Stickers are always a huge hit and this activity was no exception.
Madalyn used foam stickers to match up with the letters of her name.

Make-a-card... she loves these!  Stickers and other "embellishments" and a blank card.  I've bought kits but more often than not, I make up my own kits.

Madalyn got this Melissa and Dough alphabet book for Christmas.  I took it apart and put the individual pages in baggies with the matching pieces, and that helps to make the activity a bit more managable for my daughter at this age.

Various colored beads, all in the shapes of hearts for beading.

Another matching/sticker activity... this time with numbers.

These nesting blocks have been around for a while now but just recently Madalyn has shown a growing interest in them.

A snowman craft... foam piece, glue, white pom poms, two googly eyes, a button, some ribbon, and a little piece of string.

Wedgits... lots of building going on with these.

Some valentine's day stickers and a paper doily..

Transferring little bitty farm animals.

Another sticker activity (did I mention that Madalyn loves stickers?)... this one we found in the Target $ bins a while ago.  It's a comic strip with coordinating stickers.
Photobucket

Valentine's Day stampers... a fun way to work on those fine motor muscles.

Madalyn used a heart shaped measuring spoon to transfer the mini farm animals.
