M is 25 months old.




Some of the highlights of our week include:

M started out practicing putting buttons in her piggy bank.

Then found some post it notes and took several of those off the pad...

...and dressed the pig in post it notes.

We painted several times with some pumpkin sponge shapes.

She's noticing the pumpkin shape in this photo. These sponges were a big hit.

I made up some puffy paint (equal parts of shaving cream and glue plus some paint to add some color), and they turned out really neat.

M painted with the puffy paint on a piece of black paper that had a pumpkin stencil on it. When she was done, I lifted the stenciled paper and she had a neat puffy pumpkin.
M's played with her sensory box many times.

She enjoys finding all the treasures each and every time.

M loved painting one of her "baby" pumpkins.

She used q tips for paintbrushes for this painting activity.

We all went to the park one day and feed the ducks (then played on the playground of course).

Fall stickers including foam stickers which are a big hit (and great for working those little busy fingers!).

We ended our week going to a halloween activity night that a local church sponsers. M had a ton of fun doing different activities, gathering up candy, and having her face painted. Some of the activities they offered gave me some good ideas for some fun things to do here at home.
