Just before Madalyn's 6th birthday, we brought this little guy into our family. Rusty's grown and learn much over the past year. He still has tons of puppy energy and spunk. I haven't seen a dog that loves toys more than Rusty.... I also haven't seen one destroy as many. Rusty doesn't give Toby an option of whether or not he wants to play. If it's play time, then they must play. He's stubborn, smart, and determined... not to even mention resourceful. He loves his people, and he likes to occasionally harass the cat (but he enjoys giving her kisses too). Follows his momma around. Not much bothers him... thunder, nah... laser light, nah.... getting teeth brushed, nah... nails trimmed, nah... but getting squirt with water and "stranger" dogs, yes. Rusty turns 1 today... happy birthday little guy!
